History:

Dawlat Al-Kuwait – The State of Kuwait has become independent state from the British Empire on 19 June 1961. Since then, Kuwait city, the political and economic capital, witnessed unprecedented growth in all the strata of society.

The evolution of basic accounting and auditing services started in the State of Kuwait since independence. The winter of 1963 saw the birth of a debutant firm 'Kuwait Auditing Office – Bader Al Bazie & Company'. A long journey of 50 uninterrupted years of professional service in a 52 year Constitutional Monarch Country is a standing truth of long continued service to diversified clientele in the profession.

Assignment of Registration number 1A to the founder of the Firm, Bader Al Bazie, is a testimony of trust the State of Kuwait has imposed upon the founder to develop auditing profession, for which he stood up to the expectation.

Over the years, the Firm has associated with International Firms from time to time. During 1969 – 1990, the Firm was an associate of Arthur Young; during 1990 – 2002 it was a member firm of Andersen. The collapse of Andersen in the US has left the firm to grow much stronger.

Association:

Presently, we are associated with RSM network, the 6th largest network of independent audit, tax and consulting firms, encompassing over 120 countries and are in each of the top 40 major business centres throughout the world, We have combined staff of over 64,000 in over 820 offices across the Americas, Europe, MENA, Africa and Asia Pacific. The network's total fee income is US $7.26 billion.

Under the stewardship of Dr. Shuaib Abdullah Shuaib – the Managing Partner coupled with the consultative guidance from Bader Al Bazie – Founder/Consultant, the Firm spearheads the market in its quality of service and timely deliverable.
