We require qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions:

1. Corporate Finance Professionals
CA / MBA / CFA, 3-5 years core experience in conducting due diligence flexible financial modeling, feasibility
studies, business valuation for different purposes including M&A and business restructuring. Ideal candidate
should have performed / worked on at least one assignment of deal size not less than US$ 10 million. Candidates
from renowned business schools and good academic background only need apply. Professionals with lesser
experience and executed deals lower than US$ 10 million would be considered for appropriate positions.
2. External Auditors
CA / CPA, 1-5 years external audit experience with multinational audit firms. Exposure to International Financial
Reporting Standards would be an added value. Only those with audit firm experience preferred.
3. Internal Auditors
CA / CPA, CISA /CIA preferred, 2-5 years internal audit experience either in banking, telecom, investments, hotel,
hospital, manufacturing, media, trading or petroleum industry.
4. IT Audit Consultants
Accounting or Engineering degree with CISA/ CISSP qualified, 2-5 years IT audit experience with multinational
audit firms/companies. Exposure in developing IT policies and procedures manual would be an added advantage.
5. Consulting Professionals
CA / MBA, 2-5 years consulting experience with multinational firms in developing policy & procedure manuals,
human resource consulting, business process re-engineering, business process controls review and risk
management services.
