Reviewing all the accounting records to facilitate the tax inspection process. It is mandatory that the DIT to inspect every tax declaration with the respective original support document and books of accounts before raising the final assessment We will assist you in the tax inspections and answer queries raised by the tax inspectors in order to expedite the tax assessment process. Obtain the tax assessment from the DIT and finalize the tax settlements. In case of any objection on the tax assessment, we will help you in filing the objection letter. Attend meetings with tax Objection & Appeal committee and Settlement Division for tax settlement. Obtain 'No Objection Letter' and 'Tax Clearance Certificate' from the DIT. Advising you about tax benefits under the Tax Treaties signed by the State of Kuwait and other Foreign Governments.
